Emily- You could totally make that wreath with how crafty you are. I just used a white Styrofoam ring and glued feathers and lace on it. Then used the balls with picks & flowers for wreaths and arrangements from Michael's. The Noel came from the Dollar Store.The poor wreath has survived two moves and three holiday seasons.
